How do I pay for my transfer?
You pay online when you book. The total shown at checkout is the final price, with taxes and fees included.
Are child seats included?
Yes. Baby seats (0–4 years) and booster seats (4–12 years) are free of charge. Request them when you book.
Can I book a return transfer?
Yes. Select Return when booking and choose the return date and time. The total fare is shown before checkout.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your pickup and get a full refund to the payment method you used. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup, or no-shows, are not refunded.
