Terms & Conditions

The following are the terms and policies for Madeira on Wheels.

    1.  Booking: All tours and transfers must be booked in advance through our automated booking system. Payment can be made either by bank transfer or in cash before the tour.

    2.  Payment: Payment for tours and transfers must be received before the tour date. If payment is not received, the tour or transfer will be cancelled.

    3.  Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour or transfer will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour or transfer will not be eligible for a refund.

    4.  Weather Policy: Tours and transfers may be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather. In the event of a cancellation, customers will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule the tour or transfer.

    5.  Liability: Madeira on Wheels will not be liable for any accidents, injuries or loss of property that may occur during a tour or transfer. Customers are responsible for their own safety and should follow all instructions provided by the tour guide or driver.

    6.  Privacy Policy: Madeira on Wheels respects the privacy of our customers and will not share or sell any personal information provided during the booking process.

    7.  Newsletter: By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive occasional emails about our tours, promotions and news. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the emails.

    8.  Dress Code: Customers are expected to dress appropriately for the tour or transfer and to wear comfortable shoes.

    9.  Behaviour Policy: Madeira on Wheels reserves the right to terminate a tour or transfer for any customers whose behavior is deemed to be inappropriate or disruptive to other customers or the tour guide or driver.

    10.  Accessibility: Madeira on Wheels is committed to providing accessible tours and transfers for customers with disabilities. Customers with special needs should inform us when booking the tour or transfer.
