The total shown at checkout is the full amount you pay, in euros, with taxes included.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup, with a full refund to the payment method you used. Within 24 hours of pickup, or if you don’t show up, the booking is not refundable. To change a date or place, message us and we will sort it out.
Check your card details and available balance, and approve the request in your banking app if it asks. You can also try another payment method. If you think you were charged, message us before trying again and we will check it for you.
You get a confirmation email with your trip details and our contact. Nothing there after a few minutes? Check your spam folder or message us.
Payments are processed securely. We never see or store your full card details.
